Trailers and Bicycle-Carrying Trucks, Modular Bicycle Racks and Motorcycle Carriers
Structure in galvanized steel specifically designed for the transport of bicycles, with loading capacity depending on the size of the trailer. In general, according to the Customer's needs, the trailer can be enclosed or tarpaulin-covered, specifically for the transport of bicycles, with loading capacity depending on the size of the trailer (on average, they are built with a loading capacity ranging from 20 to 54 bicycles). The trailer attached to the coach allows each passenger to be provided with a bicycle to use for excursions at various tourist stops, thus offering an additional service to transported clients. By providing passengers with a bicycle, the trip definitely becomes more varied and fun.
The Modular Bike Rack system, on the other hand, allows for the individual loading of bicycles based on the width of the wheel, featuring an adjustment system to allow for locking. Furthermore, the modularity fully utilizes the available space on the trailer floor and thus maximizes the bicycle loading capacity.
Hanging Bike Trailer with Gas Spring System
News regarding the hooking and locking system for hanging bicycles using gas springs. The innovative system allows you to quickly hook and lock the bicycle, minimizing its oscillation during transport, which is useful for maintaining the safety of the bicycle and avoiding unpleasant collisions between them. We can use this innovative system for both side-hung and centrally-hung structures. In the photos, you can see the realization of the van trailer complete with a structure for transporting 40 bicycles, attached to the coach and within the dimensions required for road circulation. The structure is made of galvanized steel, bolted to the trailer and independent from the setup; a system that allows, if necessary, to easily remove parts of the structure so that the trailer can also be used for other purposes.
Furthermore, the trailer can be equipped with an advanced maneuvering system with four battery-powered electric motors, radio-controlled, which ensures precise and easy movements even in the tightest spaces.
Side-hanging Bicycle Trailer
Specific van trailer for transporting bicycles with a single hook, hanging on the side. The side loading system allows for the transport of a greater number of bicycles, reaching up to a maximum of 54 (24 bikes per side).
Centrally Loaded Bike Trailer
Bicycles are inserted centrally and secured with ropes/hooks by the customer, for transport safety and to minimize swaying. This system has been designed to make it easier for the user to load the bicycles, allowing for speed with minimal physical effort compared to the hanging hook system.

Bicycle Trailer with Removable Cart
This system consists of a wheeled frame on which bicycles are installed and secured. The structure, with or without loaded bikes, is completely independent from the trailer: in fact, it can be inserted or removed at will in just a few seconds, allowing the trailer to be used for other purposes. Furthermore, with this system, the bike rack can be stored and is always ready for use, with the great advantage of having the trailer free for other uses during periods when the bicycles are not being used.

Our modular motorcycle carrier frames allow for loading and locking the wheels with our built-in adjustment system. Motorcycles with a tire width of up to 185 mm (L18 version), prototype visible in the photos, and an overall length of up to 1800 mm. For longer motorcycles, we produce the L20, L22 versions or as requested by the customer.
